Messaging
Send and receive text on the same US numbers your calls run on, with 10DLC and toll-free registration handled properly.
A phone number that can only take calls is half a channel. Messaging puts SMS on the numbers you already have, so customers can reply in whichever way suits them and both halves of the conversation land in the same place.
In the US, messaging is gated by registration rather than availability. Local numbers need 10DLC brand and campaign registration; toll-free numbers need toll-free verification. Both take paperwork and both get rejected for small mistakes, so we handle the submissions and tell you where you stand before you build around it.
- Messaging on the same US numbers that carry your voice traffic
- 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and toll-free verification, handled for you
- Programmatic sending and delivery state over API
- One provider, one invoice, for voice and messaging
Messaging
SMS on your existing US numbers, with 10DLC registration and delivery reporting.

Two-way SMS
Receive replies on the same number you send from, so conversations stay in one thread rather than arriving from a shortcode nobody recognises.
API access
Send programmatically and pull delivery state back into your own systems, the same way you pull CDRs for voice.
Delivery reporting
Per-message status rather than a fire-and-forget send, so failed delivery is something you can see and act on.
10DLC and toll-free registration
Brand and campaign registration for local numbers, verification for toll-free, submitted and tracked for you rather than left as your problem.
Questions about messaging
Yes. Messaging is enabled on the existing number rather than requiring a second one, so calls and texts reach you on the same US number.
If you send from a US local number, yes. Unregistered traffic is filtered or blocked outright by the carriers, and there is no way around it. Toll-free numbers use a separate verification process instead. We submit and track both.
Brand registration is usually quick. Campaign approval varies by use case, and toll-free verification typically takes longer. We will give you a realistic timeline for your specific use case rather than a best case.
